From Glasgow.

If coming from Glasgow you should take the M8 (from the east side of glasgow) and follow the A82 past Loch Lomond towards Arochar and Inveraray. Continue to Lochgilphead and take the A816 at the second roundabout towards Oban turning off at the Cairnbaan Hotel, crossing the Crinan Canal and follow the road until you see the signs for Tayvallich. Turn left and continue until the road forks and take the right hand fork, continue along the generous but winding road for 5 to 6 miles and you will arrive at the quaint, tranquil village of Tayvallich.

From Campbeltown.

Follow the A83 north towards Lochgilphead. At the first roundabout drive straight ahead and follow the road until you arrive at Cairnbaan. Turn left here past the Cairnbaan Hotel and left following the road across the Crinan Canal. Now follow the road until you see the signs for Tayvallich. Turn left and continue until the road forks and take the right hand fork, continue along the generous but winding road for 5 to 6 miles and you will arrive at the quaint, tranquil village of Tayvallich.
